This week in Jelly babies we have had lots of fun playing with the sensory mirrors as they are different shapes, we have also been looking at ourselves in different ways pulling lots of faces which the babies found really funny! We have also been doing lots of printing tools, we liked looking at different shapes we made in the paint. We ahve also been practicing our body parts and singing lots of songs to encourage this such as heads, shoulders, knees and toes. We have also been exploring different materials such as feeling ropes and bubble wrap.

This week we have been looking at our mackaton signs 'please' and 'thank you' at meal times and when sharing our toys.

We have also been doing lots of creative activities using paint with sponge rollers to dip, and also animal printers to make marks on paper.

We have had lots of new children settling in this week so we have been learning all about our routines and boundaries and helping all our new friends settle in as easy as possible!
