Our baby unit is situated behind the main nursery building and is a cosy home environment specially adapted to create a familiar atmosphere. The unit cares for babies aged 3 - 18 months, and has space for them to rest, sleep, play and explore.

We have recently added an indoor astro turf area to develop our childrens' gross motor development through exploring larger equipment safley and independently with appropraite support.

We cater for the needs of twenty four babies daily, with the help of eight experienced members of staff. Four hold an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare and Education, and four hold either a Level 2 in Childcare and are working towards a Level 3 or are starting their Level 2 training. Our Child/ Adult Ratio is one adult to three babies.

The babies in our Care will always have "Special Time" with their keyperson - with lots of cuddles, love and interaction.
